YouTuber 'Omi In A Hellcat'인 빌 오마르 카라스키로는 한때 81만 8000명 이상의 구독자를 보유하고 자신이 구입한 자동차를 운전하는 리뷰를 게시했습니다. 해당 채널에 이미 2년 이상 활동이 없습니다.
이 기간 동안 카라스키로는 케이블 TV에서 방송된 콘텐츠를 구입하고 재판매하는 대규모 해적판 범행계획으로 3000만 달러(약 450억 원)의 재산을 쌓은 것으로 밝혀졌습니다. 카라스키로는 저작권 침해, 액세스 기기 사기, 통신 사기, 돈세탁 등의 혐의로 불법으로 얻은 수익의 몰수와 1500만 달러의 배상금 지불을 명령받았으며 징역 5년 6개월의 판결을 받았습니다.
